Event Planning Staff

Our staff liason will work with you to determine your needs for a productive, memorable event. He/she will assist you with choosing the appropriate venues, the menu (s), meeting format and scheduling and advising on additional entertainment and trophies or incentives. Our event planning staff will assist you, so you can be certain that no detail is forgotten.

Event Facilitators

A meeting and events facilitator will be assigned to your group, to keep the day moving as planned, assist with seques between blocks of time and ensure that all goes according to the plan. We'll even help you with any last minute changes you may need to make.
